The Amonet™ biometric time and attendance system uses simple fingerprint ID scanners attached to either a PC or touch screen monitor. Staff can clock in and out of their place of work using the fingerprint scanner and the data is recorded to the database. Regular custom PDF reports can be generated automatically and sent to selected recipients by email. Ad-hoc reports can also be generated and viewed online as and when required.

The system integrates seamlessly with the Amonet™ HR manager module recognising specific work patterns and highlighting discrepancies. This module provides an effective tool to combat tardiness of staff and ensure that the necessary labour force is in place to meet the site requirements.
