This Amonet™ module allows transparent monitoring of business critical, routine planned tasks. These tasks might include security patrols, waste collections, cleaning and replenishment of washrooms etc. The system operates with the use of bar coded ID badges, fixed location aluminium bar codes and simple pocket memory scanners. Each time a location is scanned the system records the operative, date, time and type of task being carried out.
Regular custom PDF reports can be generated automatically and sent to selected recipients by email. Ad-hoc reports can also be generated and viewed online as and when required. Frequency of tasks can be checked against predetermined SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) for monitoring supplier performance. An advanced system using PDA’s (Personal Digital Assistants) is available.
