This Amonet™ module enables users to check availability and book resources which may include meeting rooms, car park spaces, transport, taxis, pool cars, catering, office equipment, sports facilities etc. This system links seamlessly with facilities, porterage and catering departments to create work orders and track costs.
This module integrates with the Amonet™ visitor management and fleet manager modules whilst allowing users to attach catering, car parking and equipment requests to meeting room bookings.
