PPM Manager

Service providers and facilities departments will benefit from the powerful and easy to use PPM scheduling and resource utilisation functionality of this Amonet™ module. Customers, managers and supervisors will be kept well informed as to the status of planned work and any necessary re-scheduling, through integration with the Helpdesk manager.

The PPM planner shows at-a-glance status of all scheduled work, with one-click drill down to the PPM task detail. The system also includes control measures for allocation of tasks to operatives. Only operatives with certification for the particular task type will be able to be assigned. This control measure ensures that only qualified operatives carry out tasks, reducing risk and improving service quality. PPM task lists can be viewed, filtered and exported to Excel or CSV. Regular custom PDF reports can be generated automatically to selected recipients by email. Ad-hoc reports can also be generated and viewed online as and when required.
