Reactive task lists can be viewed, filtered and exported to Excel or CSV with one-click drill down to the reactive task detail. Regular custom PDF reports can be generated automatically to selected recipients by email. Ad-hoc reports can also be generated and viewed online as and when required. The system allows seamless integration with the workforce via mobile devices for reactive task delivery and response.
