The Amonet™ biometric time and attendance system uses simple fingerprint ID scanners attached to either a PC or touch screen monitor. Staff can clock in and out of their place of work using the fingerprint scanner and the data is recorded to the database. This module provides an effective tool to combat tardiness of staff and ensure that the necessary labour force is in place to meet the site requirements.

The helpdesk manager ensures that customer requests are logged and handled with ease, whilst enabling tasks to be prioritised and carried out with complete transparency. Task creators and other selected contacts (managers and supervisors) can be kept informed of progress by automatic email notifications.

Reactive task lists can be viewed, filtered and exported to Excel or CSV with one-click drill down to the reactive task detail. Regular custom PDF reports can be generated automatically to selected recipients by email. Ad-hoc reports can also be generated and viewed online as and when required. The system allows seamless integration with the workforce via mobile devices for reactive task delivery and response.
