This Amonet™ module enables users to bring all performance, compliance and financial aspects of contracts together for internal and external reporting and monitoring. Seamless integration with other Amonet™ modules (Helpdesk manager, PPM manager etc.) allows a complete overview of the contract measured against predetermined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
This module also provides financial control by integrating with the Quotation manager to keep track of contract variations and fluctuations in the contract price. Regular custom PDF reports can be generated automatically and sent to selected recipients by email. Ad-hoc reports can also be generated and viewed online as and when required.
